Dr. Parkinson is a proud alumnus of BYU and a graduate of Tulane Medical School. He is board-certified in dermatology and pathology with special training in the treatment of skin cancer. He and his wife, Val, both active in politics and public service, are the parents of 10 children and 25 grandchildren
